This 5 bedroom 3 bath home offers a hot tub, foosball table, large 
enclosed backyard and big open floor plan. It has 2 living rooms, 2 
large decks, and big bedrooms making this a great retreat for 
family's or friends. Located in Tahoe City, this is 1/4 mile from 
snow play at Granlibakken, and within 15 minutes to Alpine Meadows, 
Squaw Valley and Homewood Resort. In the summertime, the lake is bike 
riding distance along with lots of bike trails.

As you walk in the front door, you are greeted with the downstairs 
living area with large sectional facing a tv and foosball table. 
There are 2 large bedrooms, each with a King bed.

Up the stairs in the Great room with 2 leather couches that face a 
flat screen TV and fireplace, that opens into the dining area. A 
slider exits out to the deck with patio furniture and hot tub with 
large enclosed backyard. There is radiant floor heating for those 
chilly mornings. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless 
appliances that opens into the dining area that seats 10. There is 
another sun deck off the dining area.

Down the hall are 3 more bedrooms. The Master has a king bed with 
adjoining bathroom. Next to this is another bedroom with 2 twin beds, 
followed by the last bedroom with queen bed. 
The floor plan, location, and decor of western mountain furnishings 
only add to this wonderful vacation home. You will remember your

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an 
advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so 
please give us a call.


Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an 
opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any 
requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the 
office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out 
time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home 
for our new guests.
