This newer home is a destination. With 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, game 
room, chefs kitchen and dining table, peak of the lake, and all 
within 15 minutes to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Homewood, this 
truly is a great vacation home.
As you enter the front door, you can see the homes craftsmanship of 
knotty pine and indirect lighting. The first room is a sunken den 
with Pool Table. This leads into the open Great Room with oversized 
couches, wood burning stove, piano, and lots of windows looking out 
into the forest and peak of the lake. A slider exits out to a nice 
private deck with BBQ and patio furniture. Off the great room is a 
chef kitchen. Wrap around counters, stainless appliances, and a 
cooking island with gas burners, all open to the 14 top pine dining 
table. Friends and family will enjoys this area to help the chef 
cook, or just be around all the action.
Off the Great room is the Master Bedroom with King bed, and Master 
bathroom. Bay windows look out into the forest.
Down the stairs are 4 more bedrooms, all with large windows, log 
furniture, and designer bed coverings. Two rooms have queen beds, one 
has 2 twins that can be made into a King if requested, and one room 
has 2 bunk beds with full size lowers and twin tops. Off the queen 
bedroom is stairs leading down to the oversized hot tub. This is a 
great spot to relax and take in the day.
This home has plenty of room for your group, and will definitely add 
to your wonderful time in Lake Tahoe.

Availability and Booking 

Transient Occupancy Tax: 10% 

Cleaning Fee: $300

Dog Fee: $30/dog/stay 

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an 
advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so 
please give us a call.

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an 
opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any 
requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the 
office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out 
time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home 
for our new guests.
