For those who are looking for a large home, walking distance to the 
lake, tennis courts, private beach, pool, and 15 minutes to Alpine 
Meadows and Squaw Valley, this is it. With 5000 sq ft. of living 
space, with panoramic views, enclosed park like backyard, hot tub, 
pool table, and the charm of Old Tahoe, this is truly a unique home. 
When you walk in the front door, you are greeted by a massive stone 
fireplace with bench seating enough to accommodate all your family 
and friends. Expansive windows, and A frame ceilings look out to the 
panoramic views of the Lake and outside decks. A short 5 minute walk 
will take you to the private homeowner’s beach. Sliders exit out to 
the large deck with patio furniture and BBQ. Above the living area is 
a library of books, and a few steps up is the loft with 2 twin beds.
The dining room is open to the kitchen with lots of cupboards and 
counter space. If entertaining is your thing, the dining room table 
will spark your need for to plan an event. 
Down the stairs is a family room with pool table, piano, stone 
fireplace, and couch with queen hide-a-bed. This is next to a large 
room with queen size bed, and a separate area with 2 twins. Both 
have sliders that exit out to the bottom deck and enclosed backyard.
Up a few stairs are 3 more bedrooms. 2 have a queen bed, with the 
Master having a King bed, private bath, and patio doors that exit out 
to another deck with hot tub.
The decor is Old Tahoe with lots of wood, stone, and tasteful art. 
This is a great spot to really get the feel of Tahoe, with lots of 
amenities inside and out.

Availability and Booking 

Transient Occupancy Tax: 10% 

Cleaning Fee: $260

Dog Fee: $30/dog/stay 

* 2 night weekend stays will only be available 10 days prior to a 
weekend in high season.

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an 
advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so 
please give us a call.

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an 
opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any 
requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the 
office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out 
time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home 
for our new guests.
