This 3 bedroom, 2 bath chalet style home with an extra family room  
with pool table, and a wet bar is great for large families or 
groups of friends. It has an open floor plan with 22ft ceilings with  
windows looking out to the forest. Located in a quiet mountain 
area with almost no traffic and surrounded by forestland, you'll see 
more people out walking than cars driving by. Most of the roads dead 
end at trail heads that the forestry service maintains which allows 
unlimited hiking and biking in the summertime. In the wintertime, you 
are 10 minutes to the lifts and Northstar, and within 20 minutes to 
Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley.

As you walk in front door, you greeted by a large open living area.  
In Tahoe we think cooking is a main hobby, so that house was built 
with open areas that comprise of the living, kitchen and dining room.
 
You can cook and socialize at the same time.  Your family or group 
will enjoy the spacious living area with a beautiful white leather 
couch and spacious love seat with loose pillow and large coffee and 
end tables made of South African rock, and a wood burning fire place 
with rock hearth.  
This faces a large TV with satellite reception that allows access to 
the premium TV channels and 30 stations of continuous music.The 
dining area has an Italian cherry with frozen glass top dining
table and 6 cherry tables (4 more folding chairs are available).  The 
kitchen, surrounded by countertops, and barstools, overlooks the 
dining and living area, and is large enough to accommodate a number 
of chefs. The kitchen has all amenities you may want or need during 
your stay. Off the dining area is a sliding glass door that exits 
out to a huge sunny wrap-around over 52’ long deck with views of the 
meadow it sits on.  The deck and the 
house sit low off the street, so you have privacy. On the side deck 
there is a Hot Tub with forest views, which caters to skiers, hikers 
and stargazers.

Down the hall from the living area, is a full bathroom and a large 
master bedroom. A framed beam ceilings, and the triangle windows  
really makes this room special.At night you can see 
stars, and in the morning you can see the colors of the skies sunrise.
It has a queen bed and has a sliding glass door that exits out to the 
deck with views. 
Down the stairs are two more bedrooms, an entertainment room, 
laundry room with washer and dryer and a full bathroom. The first 
bedroom is large and has a Queen bed, a computer table, large dresser 
and 2 arm chairs. Another bedtoom has a queen bed and bunk bed with 
single top, and queen bottom. This is perfect for a family with 
kids, or just a large room for a couple. The entertainment room is 
down the hall and is a fantastic place to spend long nights with 
friends and family playing pool or watching TV, or enjoying the wet 
bar. It also has also a comfortable queen size futon for extra guests.

Each room is unique with comfortable European furniture, 
entertainment room has custom made furniture and custom-made 
plantation shutters cover windows in the whole house, and throw 
pillows to give you the charm you'd expect from a mountain home. The 
ppen areas and high ceiling, allow you to socialize with family or 
friends, without feeling closed in. The location, amenities, and 
comfort of the home offer a vacation home to come back to.
